Elmer Dingeldey sold the deed to Leo DiEgidio of Leo Realty, who sells mortgage to Parkview Federal Savings & Loan on July 24, 1974. 
The course was renamed Dingleday Golf Course for a short time.  It was still managed by Elmer Dingeldey, through 1975.
